The Turbine Oil Varnish Removal System is a high-efficiency offline oil purification unit specially developed for removing varnish, moisture, fine particles, and other contaminants from turbine lubricating oil systems.
As modern turbines and large rotating equipment operate under increasingly demanding conditions, oxidation by-products and soft contaminants gradually accumulate in the oil, forming varnish deposits that can lead to servo valve sticking, bearing wear, reduced heat transfer efficiency, and unexpected equipment shutdowns.
Featuring an independent varnish analysis and purification system, this equipment utilizes advanced physical separation technology to effectively remove both dissolved and suspended varnish contaminants without the use of chemical additives. The specially designed fine and ultra-fine filter elements capture soft contaminants, solid particles, moisture, and other impurities simultaneously, helping to restore oil cleanliness and extend lubricant service life.
